You Deserve Each Other by Sarah Hogle

As always I have blog post somewhere here explaining how I review everything.

First of all, let me just say that this book was hilarious. The amount of times I laughed out loud is astronomical. The banter and dialogue were top tier.

I don't know what to say other than its a good book and you should read it. (This is what I wanted to write but Jiwoo told me to write more and she brought me extra pants so I have to listen to her)

Firstly, the characters. I loved the character development and it felt pretty natural and realistic. She also delivered on making some characters very "hatable" and some very "lovable". I wished we got the POV of Nick so we could see his thought process in everything that was happening. This is just me being selfish and wanting more content tho.

The plot was very easy to swallow and digest so it was a fun and quick easy read. I read this a while ago but I decided to reread it to write this review and I loved it just as much the second time!

Sorry that this review is so short but I really don't know what more to say. The only piece of improvement I would give is that there was alot of internal dialogue and sometimes it just felt like going in circles. I would have liked to focus more on interactions between the characters than repetitive internal dialogue. Other than that it was an amazing debut novel.
